You may return your order within 7 days for a refund or credit voucher. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and must have all original tags attached. We do not offer returns on sale or promotional items unless they are deemed faulty.
Please read the care instructions carefully as no refunds, credits or exchanges will be provided for any item where the care instructions have not been followed. Defective items will be refunded, credited or replaced.
We check all items for quality and any faults before they are shipped to our customers. We may not accept returns where any signs of damage or wear are evident and/or the original tags are not attached.
Corrosion will not refund freight cost for incorrect purchase or change of mind. Goods must be returned in original condition at the customer’s expense.
All returned goods must be sent with a traceable shipping method using a reputable shipping carrier. All returned items are sent at the buyer’s expense with exception only in the instance the item received was not what was ordered.
We are not responsible for delayed or lost return packages. Returns that are damaged or not in unworn condition may be sent back to you at your cost. All items returned should have a Return Authorisation (RA) number included so that they can be easily identified.
In the event that Corrosion chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged will be refunded.
